Prize-giving Dinner
Due to high numbers, the buffet dinner will be served on a rolling basis from 6pm-8.30pm.
Dress code - smart casual, no brigade formal dress
If your team won a trophy last year, please make sure it is returned to the station at Friday night registration
Venue
The competition will be held at the Countrytime Hotel. Please park in their car park and walk around the side of the hotel to the track.
Due to liquor licensing rules, no alcohol can be consumed track side. Any alcohol consumed in the hotel's public areas must be purchased from their bar
Cash & EFTPoS are accepted at the bar, no cash out
The track runs parallel to an active airfield, please make sure you don't go past the marked areas.

Track Layout
We'll be running a straight track with a wide, shallow water source. See the rules for track measurements.
